SPIRITUALITY OF WATER IN DEVOTION & PRACTICE

In our modern world, the search for, and accumulation of wealth is an endless passionate pass time and pursuit that supersedes humanity’s desire for truth, knowledge, freedom, awareness, consciousness, wisdom and life itself. We live without knowing we lived. We die without coming into full awareness of who we are or where we are going, beyond a naive thought conception of ingrained and oftentimes obsessive mental ideological idolatry that most seem to possess and claim as their birthright, joy, savior and destiny. Beyond these physical boundaries and mental prison they dare not venture out of a narrowly confined bubble or social space to enter a world of untold possibilities.

Unlike the social restrictions and rule oriented confines of our societies, the esoteric manifestation of water takes many spiritual forms.

Light is water in its material and spiritual essence touching all that it comes into contact with through the gift of translucent bliss, illumination and transformation. In this regard, water is the ultimate womb.

Like time itself, water is eternal. It has no beginning and no end. It flows naturally from above, on top of and from beneath the earth. It takes many forms: solid, liquid, vapor and mist. Water puts out fire! It quenches thirst. It sustains and maintains life! We cannot live without water.

Water holds memory of all on its own. You can imbue goodness and life into water through meditation, speaking, prayer and the thought transfer process to create healing water, holy water! Water can be used to relieve pain and cure the body. Water carries life! Water is life!

Water holds the key to eternal life. Water is the portal and doorway to everlasting existence. Water is eternal. It cannot be destroyed by anything, at any time, by anyone. Water lives forever. Blessed be the name of water in all its existence and multitude of manifestation.

Look around, water is everywhere! Water occupies nearly 95% percent of the earth’s surface when lakes, ponds, rivers and streams are taken into account. Earth is the ultimate water planet with a speck of its surface dedicated to land based life forms that infect, dominate and poisons its oceans, atmosphere and landmass with global mass producing scientific inventions, products and contraptions that are encased in virtuosity and dogged determination of progress.

Water is a natural, meaning eternal, substance that supports and maintains life on this planet in all its multitude of expression. Water is everything! According to Chief Arvol Looking Horse, Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe of the Lakota Sioux tribe and a strong and tireless advocate of maintaining traditional spiritual practices and values: “In short, water is life! Those that know how strong spiritual energy is, understand water is the most essential life-line to survival.”

Water is the key to beauty and health. In this regard, it is the cornerstone to unlocking the mysteries of life. Water holds the secret to increased longevity through regeneration and rebirth. Water cleanses. It washes away all sins and impurities of the body through injection, submersion, absorption and baptism! And in so doing, opens the door to eternal bliss through perpetual existence!

We really don’t know water at all. It is still a mystery to us. We use it every day and take for granted, but we really don’t know what it is, only that it exists. Never has there been a great city or civilization that did not have at its base, an eternal spring of clean, clear, drinkable water available for use and consumption by its members or population.

In essence, water is electricity in reverse. What electricity does for electronics, water does for matter, animating and bringing matter-based biological insemination to life!

For nine months, the fetus lives and swims in an ocean of saline water long before docking at the ports and doorways of life. From this point of view, water represents the esoteric wisdom and magical doorway of life that transports spiritual beings and entities from the invisible realms and portals of seemingly endless unseen realities to our physical three dimensional world that is embedded deeply into the wisdom and frequency of the ALL that exists throughout the solar system, cosmos and universe as well. In other words, water is liquid crystal that reverberates energy and life into all living beings that exist in physical and material reality.

The world of mythology mentions certain wells, springs and fountains that was said to contain special attributes and sacred properties. Temples were built near these locations and some were in or near sacred caves. Those who came to receive visions from the gods drank from these wells, springs and rivers, such as the water of Lethe (water of forgetfulness), and the water of Mnemosyne in the grotto of Trophonius (water of memory); or of the Ciceion in the mysteries of Eleusinia that used water in initiation. Those who participated in the mysteries were forever changed for the better and no longer feared death. It is said that Plato and Socrates were initiated in the mysteries through a similar process.

“According to the philosophers of antiquity, every fountain had its nymph; every ocean wave its oceanid. The water spirits were known under such names as oreades, nereides, limoniades, naiades, water sprites, sea maids, mermaids and potamides. Often the water nymphs derived their names from the streams, lakes or seas in which they dwell.”

~ “The Secret Teachings of All Ages”, Manly P. Hall, page 336.

Water bonds spirit with matter.

Our sun is living water made mostly of hydrogen that had not suffered oxidation. The Egyptian symbol for plasma is the same as water (and electricity), but it must be considered as living water. The transformation of the physical body into its transfigured celestial form requires water, living water, a symbol of the water bearer pouring consciousness and enlightenment into mankind through the unfolding of the Age of Aquarius.

The act of baptism for spiritual rebirth and physical regeneration is undertaken through water. It is an ancient practice that goes back to ancient Egypt in 3,000 BC. It was practiced among Native American tribes long before Columbus arrived in the Western world in 1492 AD. Almost all religions and faiths use water for spiritual purposes, renewal and cleansing in one way or another.

Genesis 1:2

“And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (In the creation process, water was and came first)”

Revelation 21:6

“To them that thirst I will give water without price from the fountain of the river of life.”

Revelation 22:1

And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

“Water is the key and portal to eternal life. According to Hall, “The river represents the stream pouring from the First Logos, which is the life of all things and the active cause of all creation.”

~ “The Secret Teachings of All Ages”, Manly P. Hall, page 618.

“For how does one cleanse the mind? By the pouring out… the laying aside of those things that easily beset and filling same with pure, fresh water that is of the eternal life, that is of the eternal goodness.”

~ Edgar Cayce Reading 1620-1
